- The first race of the season will be held in Australia. What do you think about this?

- Australian Grand Prix has always been one of the most exciting in the "Formula 1" calendar for all the years of my performances in the championship. The atmosphere at the Melbourne racetrack is special, and when you see so many fans, you get a real pleasure – the largest, which just may bring motor sport. I have many pleasant memories of success in Melbourne: here I won four times, and in general all the races evolved for me just fine. I'm sure it will be a cool weekend and an exciting discovery of the season. I look forward to when I can get into the paddock on Thursday.

- How well prepared you personally and the team for the new season?

- We are well prepared. The hard work done by us last winter, will be felt in the first race of the season, after which it will become clear in what position we claim and what else to do. The team I feel very comfortable and the experience gained in the past year, helped us to make good preparation in the offseason.

Germany and Australia have announced that they move their embassies in Japan from Tokyo to Osaka in the south of Honshu Island, reports Kyodo news. First space beer began to sell in Australia. This unusual intoxicating drink, called "East", is dedicated to the 50 th anniversary of the first manned flight into the space. The manufacture recipe was composed by scientists from the research center and brewers in Australia.

Environmentalists are sounding the alarm – the Earth may be losing the most beautiful underwater wonders within the next 20-40 years. So, for example, Australian coral reefs could die before 2030.

Research of the World Resources Institute says that by 2030 90 per cent of Australian reefs will be affected by warming seas and oxidation, which can lead to death. If this sad prediction come true, then Australia will lose not only the divers who come here from around the world to admire the beautiful coral and many species of marine life that depends on the corals.

In other regions situation is not better. In its report Institute pointed out that not only Australian, but the Indonesian reefs are under a threat of destruction. The Earth could lose in 2050 all the coral reefs in the world's seas and oceans. This will cause significant economic damage to the 27 countries in the Caribbean, Pacific and Indian Oceans. Most at risk now of losing the underwater treasures, except for Australia – to Indonesia, the Philippines, Tanzania and Haiti. The main reason for the sad prognosis – environmental pollution, climate change and overfishing.

Two sharks at the same time (presumably large, white) attacked the diver on Thursday, February 17 at the plunger for seashells on the southern coast of Australia. According to the police of South Australia, the predators attacked a person at a time when he rose to the surface with a catch.
